RIO Center's Department of Consultancy and Advisory Services has completed a three-month strategic planning assignment for a federal ministry.
The assignment followed RIO Center's nine-stage consultancy process: understanding the client's needs, developing terms of reference, assembling a qualified expert team, collecting and analysing data, consulting stakeholders, developing findings and recommendations, presenting the final report, supporting implementation, and planning evaluation.
Deliverables included a five-year strategic plan, an institutional performance framework with indicators, departmental annual workplans, and a revised organisational structure.
